The TriHard community is a community dedicated to trolling streamers on Twitch and YouTube with shock videos, offensive content and attempting to get them banned from the platform as early as 2015. One of the most well-known methods that they would use are requests to put media on streams which would contain shocking or offensive content with sometimes a chiptune playing silently or loudly in the background. The community organizes their events on Discord which are also known as "Legions".
The community would get popular when streamers Bathrobe Dwane and Ice Poseidon would begin being trolled by someone under the name of "Your Favorite Racist White Kid" (YFRWK) who made soundbytes[1] of him saying offensive words and slurs[2] in which people would edit them usually accompanied with shock content and put them in the streamer's song request or media request queue.
The community would hate raid black or LGBT streamers[3], most notoriously Trihex causing controversy to break out[4].
