Toy Story Secrets is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on October 1, 2006, by a user named nuralider. It is similar to Zelda subliminal Message.

The video starts with the title name and then proceeds to show a slideshow of random snapshots from Pixar's 1995 computer-animated film Toy Story and its sequel, set to the tune of You've Got a Friend In Me by Randy Newman. However, at the 13-second mark, the video takes a dark turn when an image of Fanged Freak (a mask created by the late Don Post) suddenly appears on screen, accompanied by a loud scream from Say It.

A reaction video was uploaded on August 23, 2008, by user Ricki Leanne. It shows him using the screamer to prank his mother, father, and brother Richard (sister Lindsay is left out as he's already shown the screamer to her).
