The goal of the game is to navigate a mouse all the way to the end of all "five" levels; you wouldn't want the mouse to go hungry, would you? The main menu has options to either play the game, view instructions or play a secret bonus level (though this option is greyed out). If the player clicks the instructions, the game shows the player some self-explanatory instructions as well mentioning that special '''BONUS LEVEL!''' Also, if you're thinking of cheating by holding the mouse down, that's not happening (you can still use the right-click trick though).

Snapshot of rotten.com, before closing down.

Rotten.com was a shock site that collected pictures of dead people, diseases, deformed bodies, violent acts, perverse sex acts, and other morbid curiosities. It stopped updating in 2012, and was eventually closed in 2018. It was one of the first shock sites to be created on the Internet. Pictures were largely submitted by the site's userbase, but staff would occasionally buy images or take images themselves.
