It is a psychological thriller game that uses various psychological evaluations and tests to assess the player's personality and mental state. The game is set up as a mock psychological exam, where the player takes on the role of a test subject undergoing a battery of tests and questionnaires.  


The video starts out with Mario in a Waluigi costume and shows the player that Mario must change into his Mario 64 outfit. Mario then runs to the outside of Peach's Castle. Mario then stops there for a few seconds and then long jumps away when suddenly a picture from the [[creepypasta]] "M A R I O" pops up. The image in the thumbnail never appears in the video and is from ''Super Mario 3D Land''.
