It is a psychological thriller game that uses various psychological evaluations and tests to assess the player's personality and mental state. The game is set up as a mock psychological exam, where the player takes on the role of a test subject undergoing a battery of tests and questionnaires.  


The video also begins with the old intro which is an 8-bit sprite of Mario from the video game ''Super Mario Bros''. walking up to a question block, hitting it with his head, and projecting “Super Mario Logan” onto the blank ''Super Mario Bros'' logo above the block. The 8-bit Gamecube startup sound is heard. The video then goes into the plush part, which starts off with Peach tucking Mario in, so he can go to sleep.
The game consists of a series of tests, each of which measures different aspects of the player's personality and mental state. The tests include a personality test, a Rorschach inkblot test, a memory test, and a spatial awareness test. The questions in each test are designed to be unsettling, and the player is asked to make choices that will determine the outcome of the game. The game's storyline revolves around the mysterious Watson-Scott Test, which is said to have been designed by a Dr. Watson and a Dr. Scott to test the limits of the human mind.
