The Video
The image this time is the Simpsons family all having some relaxation in a small pool of water. Homer is on an inner tube drinking some Duff, Marge is playing with Maggie, Bart has jumped off a nearby ledge to dive into the water, and Lisa is applying sunscreen.
The challenge, according to the user, is to focus on Bart's swimming trunks and try to find the phrase "f**k u" on it. He actually reveals it this time by writing it out on the string suspenders. Just when the user bids the viewer farewell however, Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist appears with a loud female scream.
