Seymay Time (AKA セイメイタイム) is a shock YouTube video uploaded to YouTube by nomoty on June 24th, 2009.
For the most part of the video, it's a japanese game show with a clock ticking noise being heard in the background. However, on the right of the video, you will see a black-haired japanese man in a blue shirt cutting his arm with a razor or pocket knife (hard to tell because it's blurry).
