When the web page is opened, it shows a flashing, grayscale picture of the face from [[What's Wrong?]] along with an extremely loud looping, echoing scream. The page also uses JavaScript1.2 code to make the window move around at the screen in small steps extremely fast which makes the startle effect bigger. When the user tries to exit the page it will show a blank message box with a question mark that cant be closed. However the scripts will only work on Internet Explorer (you may need to click "Show all content" for the [[screamer]] to load correctly).
