The video begins with text, which reads:

After this, it displays the challenge: 18 words arranged in three columns of six rows. The words themselves denote one color, however, the letters making them up use a wholly different color, which makes it difficult for the brain to separate between the colors themselves and their names. 37 seconds into the video, a negative colored picture of Pazuzu from The Exorcist appears with a young girl's scream.
