Runescape Zezima's Account is a Runescape screamer, which was uploaded to YouTube by MaDe4TraileR on 31st March 2008.
The video is focused on the login screen for Old School Runescape. The player types in the username Zezima and the password, which is hidden by replacing the characters with asterisks. Shortly after clicking on the login button, the video cuts to the zombie from the K-fee Car Commercial, who appears with his scream, followed by K-fee's slogan in German: So wach warst du noch nie (you have never been so awake).
