The video starts off with text on a black background that reads, "Randy Orton and John Cena kiss, but you have to watch closely for the kiss, you might miss it." as well as "El Condor Pasa" playing in the background. Then it cuts shortly to a clip of John Cena and Randy Orton handshaking shortly before Orton attempts an RKO. after this, Then the vid cuts to texts that says, "Again?" in which it slows down the clip for the viewer to see the "kiss".
The video does this several times before text that says, "Still didn't see it? Move a little closer and watch carefully, if you take your eyes away from the screen for just one second you won't see it". Then it cuts to the same clip of Cena and Orton just before it cuts to a woman's face without eyes and with a large mouth with a loud scream. Then it cuts to text that reads, "Did I get you? If I did then YAY! If not then T.T. MsDemolitionSunsets X . X.
