Picture Gallery was a screamer that doesn't exist, but there is a detail of the screamer that is described below:

The video starts with some normal images accompanied by the song "80's music-Tainted love playing in the background. Then a text appears on the screen saying, "Can you spot what's wrong with the 4th picture?" After a few moments, a man with a torn mouth and eye, long red hair, and a high-pitched scream appears on the screen. Following this, a picture of a face ripped off and hanging from a hook is displayed along with the same scream. The video then ends with the message, "HAHAHAHA!!!! LOLOL I GOT U!!!! YOU ARE THE DUMBEST PERSON EVER BECAUSE U WATCHED THIS!!!! ROFL".
