Eerie and disturbing texts randomly flash on the screen as the video progresses. The video starts with Mario navigating through the game's levels until 0:30 seconds when the first text appears, ominously spelling out the word "Death." More disturbing texts follow, including "Fear" and "Keep going, you will see death" at 0:32 and 0:34 seconds, respectively.


The video starts out with a normal gameplay of Super Mario Bros, of someone playing it on the NES console, after a short period of time, the viewer started to notice some eerie texts secretly flashing on the screen, it first appeared at 0:30 second mark, it reads: "''D e a t h''", the second and the third texts appeared at 0:32 and 0:34, it reads: "f e a r", and the second text states: "''k e e p, g o i n g, y o u, w i l l, s e e, d e a t h...''", now after all of the texts appears on the screen.
The unsettling atmosphere continues to build until the video freezes at 0:39 with Mario jumping on a question block. Suddenly, the screen cuts to a terrifying image of an eyeless figure with a gaping mouth, accompanied by loud, corrupted noises and a VHS overlay. Upon returning to the game's start menu, selecting the game takes the player to a strange level where Mario is the only visible object, with no music playing. Right after Mario is crushed, it immediately cuts into an edited picture of Boxxy with empty eye sockets appearing, zooming in with an extremely loud noise before the video ends with the text "I hate you."


The gameplay will still progress until the video reaches at 0:39 second mark, as soon as Mario jumps on the question block, the gameplay freezes, but suddenly, the screen cuts into an edited picture of an eyeless figure with a wide mouth, along with extremely loud corrupted noises, before cutting out to a VHS overlay.  
The sequel, titled "Come Over Here" follows a similar pattern of gameplay and disturbing images. The video starts with a VHS overlay from the previous video and yellow text spelling out "Come Over Here," accompanied by a soundtrack from ''[[wikipedia:The Town with No Name|The Town with No Name]]'', and the screen then cuts into the gameplay of ''[[wikipedia:Super Mario Bros. 2|Super Mario Bros. 2]]'' where Mario is on the strange level from the previous video. Running through the level reveals leaves forming the text "HELL," leading to an entry that takes the player to another level with a choice to go up or down. Going down reveals a gravel-like blockage that the player can remove, leading to a disturbing image of Peach with a long neck eating Luigi's corpse. Going up reveals a boxing glove that causes static on the screen when equipped, which can be used to destroy the blockage. The video becomes more distorted with another static screen before cutting to Japanese text ("起きている") translating to "awake." The video ends with an image of [[Jeff the Killer]] along with no scream.


It makes it look like an old footage recorded in 1990s, now the VHS overlay is over, this leads back to the start menu, when the player selects, they are redirected to a very, strange level that contains nothing, the Mario is only visible, with no music playing, after a few seconds, where Mario gets crushed, an edited picture of Boxxy with empty eye sockets, appears and immediately zooms in, along with an extremely loud noise, before ending the video with a text: "I hate you".
