After the time elapses, a gray-skinned face with a wide-open mouth with sharp teeth and no eyes (from Daneboe's "Scarier Faces" video) appears, accompanied by the [[K-fee commercials]] scream. The video ends with the text "Scared???" in Comic Sans.


The video forces the viewer to stare at the spiral for about 20 seconds, the description also asks them to adjust the volume for suprise, After all the 20 seconds runs out, and of course, an eyeless person with wide mouth appears with a scream from [[K-fee commercials]], before delivering its fatal text: "''Scared???''", not to mention that the image is a screenshot to Dane Boe's video.

Look at the spiral for 20 seconds is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on August 14, 2012 by BlueRoseHilbert.

The majority of the video shows an animated spinning black and white spiral, with the viewer being instructed to stare at it for 20 seconds while increasing the volume.
