The video starts with a presentation on the Lemont-Argone, Illinois F4 tornado that occurred on June 13, 1976. The title card features a drawing of a tornado, and the next slide displays a sign saying "U-turn permitted" with the text "U-turn tornado" written below it.


The video itself begins with presentation about Lemont-Argone, Illinois F4 tornado of June 13 1976 (same day as Jordan F5 tornado), the title card has a crude drawing of a tornado and the next slide shows a text which says "U-turn tornado" (infact Lemont tornado did a U-turn) with a sign saying "U-turn permitted".
The first part of the video shows satellite pictures of the evolution of the Lemont-Argone supercell that spawned the F4 tornado, taken at 15-minute intervals from 5 to 7 PM CDT. The second segment shows radar imagery from Marseilles, Illinois, showing the evolution of the Lemont tornado. At the 38-second mark, a picture of [[Katie Embry]] pops up with a loud scream (possibly from [[Follow the Red Dot]]), after which the video resumes.
