Hey, Who's That Behind You? is a screamer video created by MarioHeadGuy in October 31st, 2008.

The video depicts a mario head from a computer game called: "Mario Teaches Typing 2", saying: "Hey, who's that behind you?", for 3 seconds, the video then cuts into a footage of Ghost Caught on Tape, where [[Regan MacNeil] from The Exorcist pops up, After the screamer, the Mario Head returns and says "Made you look! Made you look! Hahahahaha!", afterward, Bowser's laugh from Hotel Mario plays through a freeze frame of the Mario's head.
