The video shows an old dark skin lady with an edited low pitched voice and inverted color sitting on the toilet (No NSFW content is shown) singing "sitting on the toilet for a few times" in a awkward uncomfortable way but after about 38 seconds when she says "now flush" it shows the zombie from the K-fee commercials appears with a loud scream and glitches, then it cuts back to her where she is wiping her nose.
