"Haunted Car Commercial- But A Twist?" is a screamer video/parody uploaded in 2006 by the user Log Bog (creator of Stickman Screamer) that is based on the K-fee car commercial.

The K-fee car commercial proceeds as normal. However, as soon as the car goes behind the bushes, a picture of an overweight man pops up with the usual K-fee scream. In place of the slogan, the text "And You Thought You Knew" appears instead, followed by the product appearing.
