F1C.gif also known as skelett.gif is a screamer GIF similar to the concept of When you see it. This GIF circulates on the 4chan imageboard. It is also related to the meme "And Then A Skeleton Popped Out".

This animation shows a door that opens to reveal what's inside the basement. After 1 second, the skeleton comes toward the screen and screams. A close-up of his face, turning red and shaking, is then shown.
