The video is a night-vision video taken from inside someone's bathroom, the camera is facing towards the door. At the 17 marks, a ghost butler is seen walking to the door, as it swings open, the ghost butler walks through the doorway, which is when a girl with bloodshot eyes, pale skin, and fangs run to the camera and yells loudly, the scream is taken from the [[What's Wrong?]] screamer.  
The video shows a night-vision video possibly taken inside someone's kitchen, the camera is facing towards the door. At around 17 seconds, the door swings open and a girl with black eyes, pale skin, and blood covering her jaw runs to the camera, while the scream taken from the [[What's Wrong?]] plays loudly, startling the viewer. The girl in the video is actually the same screamer from [[Zombie Girl]].


There is another version of this that was made in 2016 with a different scream, and the face is distorted and warped.
