The website itself claims to be a poster for COVID-19 stop. Despite the fact that it has nothing to do with stopping COVID and the Default skin from Fortnite, As stated, the main page of the site displays a poster, after a few moments, the user will be redirected to a gay-section of Pornhub, and also, if the user clicks the button will lead to the same redirect.
