As soon as the website is opened, a flashing picture of Jeff the Killer accompanied with a loud looping screech (one screech is actually an extremely over-saturated soundclip of a little girl screaming over the puppy barking) is shown. When scrolling to the bottom of the page, a view count is shown, with a link to the akk.li Facebook page and a message saying "This site will not harm your computer and doesn't contains malware!" (This sound came from freesound.org and it can be viewed here, WARNING, Do not follow this link if you are easily scared.)
