anne.jpg is a screamer webpage designed to be sent to people as a prank, similar to Shafou.com. As soon as the website is opened, a flashing picture of Jeff the Killer accompanied with a loud looping screech (one screech is actually an extremely over-saturated soundclip of a little girl screaming over the puppy barking) is shown.
