It is unlockable by typing "pokemonsunmoon" on a first page of SuperAnimeWorld.Net23.Net. If successful, the page redirects to a flashing picture of Jeff the Killer with a scream. This webpage used the same screamer as the famous Anne.jpg.
The page also uses JavaScript1.2 code to make the window move around at the screen in small steps extremely fast which makes the startle effect bigger. It also displays a dialog box reading "You're such a crybaby", which cannot be closed. However, the scripts will only work on Internet Explorer.
