Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels - Final Battle/Ending was a screamer video made by Robert’s Channel of Random Stuff, otherwise known as Rorothescreamerfan on this wiki, it was uploaded to YouTube in May 25th, 2019.
The video starts as gameplay footage of the other half of World D-4 of the video game Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels plays.
Mario jumps onto a set of floating ground only to find Bowser throwing hammers. He goes the other way, and falls off the floating ground and runs under it. Mario then ends up into a section with 2 Bloobers and a red Piranha Plant. He dodges the Bloobers and jumps over the Piranha Plant, Mario then jumps over a set of ground blocks that look like a staircase, only to find a Hammer Bro. He jumps over it, then finds a platform.
Mario then rides the platform up to a tunnel, which leads to a pit of lava with a Podoboo coming out of it. He falls off the ledge and into another tunnel, which leads to where the final Bowser Battle takes place! Mario waits at the end of the platform for Bowser to jump, and once he does, Mario runs under him and jumps onto the axe, ending the battle.
Soon after, he runs into a door. The footage cuts to a black screen, making us think that Mario entered the door. 6 seconds later, an inverted picture of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist pops up along while Luigi’s scream from Super Mario Bros. Z plays 200% louder than it usually is. Then, shortly after, a message plays that reads “Sorry about that. Here’s the real ending.”
The Ending
The real ending of the game then plays, with Mario standing next to Peach as the following text appears: “Peace is paved, with kingdom saved. Hurrah to Mario, our only hero. This ends your trip of a long friendship.“ More text appears below it, which says “100000 pts. added for each player left.” Soon, the background changes from black to blue as the text changes to “Thank you Mario!” and 7 Toads appear above them. Some of them disappear and reappear in time to the music.
Shortly after this is over, a black screen appears, and 10 seconds later, the same image appears, as the same scream plays, albeit 500% more louder than last played. Soon, another message appears, that reads “Sorry I scared you” as the Game Over music from Super Mario Bros plays. The video then ends.
