The Scariest Screamer Ever is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube in 2008 by Saigonochakra.
At the beginning, The creator tells the user to "Prepare Yourself" for the most "scariest" screamer ever, After 10 seconds, a countdown is given to the player, when it reaches its end, a picture of James Root from Slipknot with one of his masks on appears with a loud scream, it is the same picture used in Stickman Screamer.
