Mystery Room is a screamer GIF, the oldest known copy is hosted on TeKZoned. The concept of this is very similar to What's Wrong, it is also called Ghost Photography on Winterrowd.com
The screamer asks the player to find an error located on the picture showing a messy room, it makes the player focus on the computer screen, however, there is nothing, the picture persist for a couple of seconds, before the kuntilanak shows up on the door, and runs offscreen very quickly, although she can still be seen clearly, the animation repeats afterward.
The GIF was spread across Indonesia in a WordPress called indocropcircles.wordpress.com, due to the ghost almost resembles Kuntilanak who is a horror character from the Indonesian horror film called Kuntilanak, The Screamer itself on this wordpress can be found in some posts about ghosts or whatever it is.
