Balloon
The trailer for the 2019 independent Chinese film BALLOON contains a screamer. It was uploaded in 2017, but was blocked due to copyright infringement but there is a re-upload of it in 2018 that works in all countries.
The trailer starts out with a security camera-like footage of a bedroom with a blue filter of a teenage Chinese boy sleeping with the covers going off of his be,d a chair moving around, and other strange things happening in the room. Then pretty soon after a wihle, a black figure wearing a clown jumps up and screams at the camera.
