The trailer for the 2017 Bollywood independent Hindi film Balloon contains a screamer. It was uploaded in 2017 but was blocked due to copyright infringement but there is a re-upload of it in 2018 that works in all countries.
The trailer starts with a security camera-like footage of a bedroom with a blue filter with a boy sleeping with the covers going off of him. Then suddenly Jeeva walks into the room and then leaves the shot. Then pretty soon after a while, a black figure wearing a clown mask (the main villain of the film) jumps up and screams at the camera.
