Screamer Wiki:Anti-Screamers Wiki
Anti-Screamers Wiki (Анти-Скримеры) (also known as Викискримия 2.0 (Wikscreamia 2.0)) is an independent wiki-based website created on FANDOM in 2011.
The wiki contains articles about screamers and shock sites, aiming to help users avoid them. Its various categories include videos, websites, games, creepypastas, and content made in Flash. Written entirely in Russian, the articles use a unique format: instead of direct links, screamers are documented using descriptive text accompanied by hand-drawn or heavily edited illustrations. Because the wiki maintains an open contribution policy, users are free to document any media featuring jumpscares.
Origin
The Anti-Screamers group was originally launched on the social media platform VKontakte by Russian user Sergey Smirnov, where users shared information and images about screamers. Over time, members expanded to other official hubs, including a Steam group. In 2011, a basic wiki-style catalogue of screamers was created and hosted on the platform [1]. Later, group administrator Ckopo (Скоро) — also known as Misha Chekan[2] — established a dedicated version on Wikia (now FANDOM) called the Anti-Screamers Wiki. This allowed members and new visitors from Russia to publish articles in a wiki format similar to VK. Notably, this Russian-language wiki predated the creation of the international Screamer Wiki.
Screamer Forum
Screamer Wiki admin Kianlolcat99 mentioned Anti-Screamers Wiki as the wiki's main competitor.[3]
