Should this be split into different categories?

This category features 190 pages as of writing. However, it is for both the screamers, as well as the scream sound effect which appear in the commercials, although they don't have to be included together in the same screamer.

However, the What's Wrong face and scream both have their own categories, each of which contain less pages. I find it strange that the K-fee category is broadened on the other hand despite the commercial appearing more frequently in screamers, leading to it having nearly a tenth of all the articles on this wiki.
