Waluigi finally found in Super Mario 64 DS (Real tutorial) is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by user Jian on December 30, 2008.
Description
The video begins with the narrator explaining to the viewer that they finally discovered Waluigi in Super Mario 64 DS, and offering a tutorial on how to unlock him. The viewer is given 4 steps as noted:

However, after the last step fades off the screen, an image of Sam The Ugly Dog with a loud noise pops up, which goes on for 15 seconds. Afterward, a mockup screenshot of Waluigi in the game is shown, before the narrator concludes the video with "As you can see, I have unlocked him. Thanks for watching!"
The description in YouTube read "FUCK YOU". The video accumulated over 20,000 views before being privated at an unknown date, but there is a working archive from 2021 on the Wayback Machine.
