The screamer first shows the b*tch please(or Yao Ming face) meme with some Spanish text. When translated to English, it means: "Once upon a time a man was so ugly that". The writing is shown as it looks like it is being typed. however, Then the sentence is interrupted and a horrific zombie picture pops up along with a same scream from What's Wrong?.
