Cool.swf was a flash animation made by an unknown user on an unknown date. The animation was also spread around the madness combat community.

The flash animation contained multiple screamer images with a loud scream playing in the background. If the viewer had a printer connected to the device that the animation was running on, it would print images of coprophilia material.
