As the video starts it shows gameplay footage of the computer game [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doom_II:_Hell_on_Earth DOOM II], the player starts killing lots of enemies, but then at 0:58, he kills an Imp, then the screen flashes and a text appears saying "Take a close look in that monster's ass!!!", which apparently, zooms in the monster, implying that you can see its anus.
