Pepsi Diet on Raw Pork is a screamer video originally uploaded to YouTube and has been circulating on the internet since at least 2007. Multiple copies of this video are present, reflecting a parody of the concept seen in videos demonstrating coke on raw pork. The original video was taken down, as of December 5th, 2020.

The video begins with footage of lower quality, featuring a person placing two pieces of raw pork into a food molder. Subsequently, the raw pork is soaked with a liter bottle of Diet Pepsi. Afterward, the camera slowly zooms in to ensure that any worms already came out (they didn't, since there are no worms). The on-screen text displays "Nothing coming out. but." and "2 Hours Later." The video transitions to another clip, offering a view of the pork's condition after a two-hour duration; however, no visible changes are evident. After a brief second, a ghostly girl appears from the ground accompanied by a short scream.
