out.ihang.org was an alleged shock site sometime created in 2007. It is assumed to be a part of the Ouch My Eyes! shock site network^[1].

It featured a video of a man masturbating in a Walmart publicly while exposing himself indecently to others). Newer versions in April 2008 redirected to walmartfun.com (established in 2008). The website was later parked in mid-2009.
