Content Warning!
The following work contains content and material that some may find shocking. Reader discretion is advised.

Doug in a Dress is a shock website featuring a crude, stop-frame animation of a naked, obese chemotherapy patient wearing a wedding dress. The animation makes it look like the person is dancing while a voice repeatedly sings the phrase, "Doug in a dress."

Below the image, the word "Loading" appears with moving dots, making it look like the site is preparing to show more content. However, nothing else ever happens; the short animation and the song simply loop forever. The website's icon is a cartoon drawing of a roll of toilet paper.

The site’s meta-tag description—the text that appears in search engine results says, "Once the page finishes loading, it's a world of wonder." Despite this claim, the page never changes. This website has been online since early 2004.
