The website's main page features a simple modern design and text encouraging users to click on a link to download the movie. Upon clicking, the screamer activates, displaying the image of a creepy smile with disturbing features and a piercing scream.

On December 14th, 2024, another variant of this site was made by the same creator. It features a blank page with a green button and green text, clicking the button results in an edited picture of a doll's creepy face accompanied by a loud scream. This domain is hosted on Neocities.
