Hör- und sehtest (Eng: Hear- and seetest) was a German Flash game from 2004 that disguised itself as a test for hearing and seeing. The game itself featured several tests the player has to go trough, starting with a hearing test in which the player is prompted to press one of four options depending on what they hear, then 2 seeing tests before the player gets jumpscared by the face from another screamer known as "What's Wrong?" with a scream. After the screamer, text saying "Verarscht!!!" (Eng: Fooled!!!) appears on a black screen with a laugh.

It was first uploaded on the now defunct website Chaospisser.de which also featured non screamer Flash games. The first screen prompts the player to adjust their volume accordingly in order to understand the Example clearly

"Before we start with the hearing test, the volume has to be adjusted, so the following examples can be understood LOUD and CLEAR!"

Upon pressing Hörbeispiel (Hearing Example) a short sound will play, saying www.chaospisser.de is so cool. as a soundtest. Following this, the tests begin and the player is asked to click on what they hear "Just press on what you hear!"

Pressing any of the buttons will lead to another set of answers with a new sound to be presented.
