The video starts with Hatsune Miku appearing with a happy tune before saying “Nico”. Then, it would cut to Miku with red hair and a red tie, slowly approaching the camera. Her head is spinning with distorted sounds and Miku screaming. Then it would cut to Miku with red eyes moving. After that screamer, Miku appears and says “Nico” again. Then it would cut to black with reverse audio. Miku's ghost will appear. After that, the final song segment shows Miku puking blood into a toilet before it cuts to black.
