Swirl and Scream is a screamer animation based on spiral screamers, it was published to Scratch by a user willey80500 in June 28th, 2011.
The animation pretends to be an optical illusion, depicting a black and white spiral and a pink dot at the center, supposedly leading the viewer to stare at it, After a while, an image of Ronald McDonald appears along with a loud scream.
