Regan MacNeil is a character from The Exorcist movie. She is a 12-year-old girl living her normal life until she gets possessed by a demon, destroying her body and making her unable to control her own body from doing terrible things. Regan in her possessed state is often used in screamers, like The Maze and Shafou.com because of her spooky stare.
