It's based on a puzzle game called: "Find the Difference" where the player is tasked to find all of the differences between two identical pictures before the time bar runs out, the game consist of 4 levels that increases its difficulty every-time the player completes, After passing 4 levels, the fifth level is a dog outside wearing a hoodie in snowy day, regarding the whole point of this game, this part does not contain any differences - before even the time runs out - a picture of a face from What's Wrong zooms in with the high-pitched scream.
