"watch carefully" is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by Kleanex on May 11, 2007.
The video asks the viewer to watch carefully through several benign images, along with three poorly-drawn freeze-frames flashing for a second, In the last images, the viewer is asked to watch carefully on an image of Blue Angel Aircrafts, However, after a short second, a picture of a Mona Liza as an alien, accompanied by a T-Rex roar sound effect, before the credits: "everything done by keenan" is shown at the end.
