The video's description.

Pictures of my family is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by user Screeeaammermaker on November 17, 2007. This screamer has amassed nearly 200 views.

The video begins innocently, playing a few clips of a family at a zoo enjoying their time and looking at different animals, including giraffes and bears. The video ends with an image of Pazuzu accompanied by a loud scream. Another video would be uploaded one year after this one, named Safari, which uses the same footage albeit with a different screamer.
