Scary Platform Game was a screamer game whose creator and release date remain unknown. It was created using Adobe Flash. One video still remains to this day on YouTube, featuring a gameplay clip of the game itself, including its screamer part. The video was made by AngryGermanKid82 and its descriptions says 'Requested by shwabo1000'. Shwabo1000 is the name of a now-deleted YouTube that featured a video titled 'Scary Platform Game For Kids (GAMEPLAY)'. The requestor's current channel is Black Jaguar GX-64 2nd Channel, where a user asked if they are the creator of the screamer, which they claim to be.

The objective of the game is to control a player figure similar in appearance to Mario by jumping up the green and red platforms to what appears to be a flickering coin-like object, which serves as the finish point for the game's only level, if there might had been only one level in the game. Throughout the gameplay, a picture of what appears to be an unused level (which consists of three platforms leading to a blue line) flashes on the screen at times, probably due to a bug. However, when the player is close to winning the level, the game will freeze, then display a screaming woman from the YouTube video Katies Scary Face, accompanied by a loud shriek that plays twice. In the screamer, there is a button to return to the main menu.
