Optical Illusion!, known as Little noses illusion is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by VentMagic102.
The video simply shows a kid, known a creator narrates himself to telling the viewer, holding Little noses and stare at the viewer to getting more 10 seconds and more. but after 50 seconds, a picture of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist pops up with the 2 high pitched screams, followed by a monster roar sound effect.
