The Screamer Forums will likely be read only unless it's known that it will be active, since forums in general are kind of dead because of Discord.
As for the gallery, that'll be back and fully usable soon.
Scary Kitten Pop-Up
This is a 35-second YouTube video uploaded by user HappyPerson123000 on September 28th, 2008. The video shows a picture of a kitten running in a flower field. However, after about 25 seconds, a picture of Regan appears along with a loud scream. Text then appears that say "Ha" and "I got cha Haha". As of 2017, this video has accumulated over 4 million views.
