The Ugly Barnacle story with a twist! is a screamer video uploaded by Aldrine Joseph 25.

It shows the infamous clip from the SpongeBob SquarePants episode, "Something Smells", where Patrick tells SpongeBob the story of The Ugly Barnacle. But right as he is about to say "died", the face from What's Wrong? appears out of nowhere with the same scream heard from the K-fee commercials. We then go back to Patrick, who says "The end", and SpongeBob says that it didn't help at all and cries.
